We strive to pack and dispatch all orders promptly.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
2. International Shipping (USA & Europe)
Because our products are curated and dispatched from our fulfillment centers located in the USA and Europe, shipping times typically range between 5 to 30 business days.
We know that waiting for a new piece can be the hardest part, but we appreciate your patience as your order travels across the globe. We work closely with our international carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely. Once your order has cleared local customs and entered the domestic postal network, you will be able to track its final journey to your door.
Please note: While we always aim for the faster end of that range, international transit and customs processing times can vary based on your location and carrier. Rest assured, we are monitoring your order every step of the way.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that orders shipped from the USA or Europe to Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information if you have any questions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
TEMPORARY SUPPLY CO. partners with global fulfillment providers to deliver your orders. We are committed to ensuring your goods are delivered successfully. If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@tmpry.com.au. We will work directly with our fulfillment and carrier partners to investigate the status of your order and coordinate a replacement or resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-shipping fee may apply to send it to the correct destination.
