At TEMPORARY SUPPLY CO., we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our apparel. Because each item is produced with a focus on raw, minimalist aesthetics, we encourage customers to carefully review sizing guides and product details before finalizing their purchase.
Change of Mind & Incorrect Sizing
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for "change of mind" purchases or for items where the incorrect size was ordered by the customer.
Because we operate with a specific production model, we are unable to facilitate exchanges or returns for these reasons. We recommend using the detailed sizing charts provided on each product page to ensure the correct fit before completing your order.
Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy (which may include a refund, repair, or replacement) if a product you purchased fails to meet a consumer guarantee. This applies if the product:

How to Report a Faulty Item
If you believe your item meets any of the criteria for a faulty product under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us immediately at support@tmpry.com.au with the following information:

Photographic evidence of the fault.
Upon receiving your request, we will assess the issue. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a remedy in accordance with your rights under the ACL. In the event of a return for a faulty product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
